Documents and papers required to apply via the platforms
To complete the transaction successfully via the specified official electronic platforms, please prepare and prepare the following documents and supporting papers:
- Old facility licenses and a copy of a valid commercial register.
- Certificate of enrollment and registration in the Public Authority for Industry or Manpower.

Log in to Sahl Business app using your verified digital ID (My ID).
Step 2
Select the option to update government licenses from the Ministry of Commerce or the Manpower Authority.
Step 3
Fill out the data, upload the updated documents, and pay the prescribed renewal fees electronically.
Step No. 4
Obtaining the approved and digitally authenticated license through the application and updating the establishment’s record.

Small enterprises or entrepreneurs are exempt from some fees according to the government decisions currently in effect.

In the event that the electronic portal malfunctions or there are technical issues, you must book an appointment and visit the Ministry’s branches to complete the procedure manually.
