Documents and papers required to apply via the platforms
To complete the transaction successfully via the specified official electronic platforms, please prepare and prepare the following documents and supporting papers:
- Certified employee payroll records from the local bank for the last 3 months in full.
- A valid commercial license and establishment registration for the sponsoring institution or company.
- The establishment's bank statement proving payment of financial guarantee obligations for expatriate workers.
- The employer acknowledges and undertakes that the records are free of any pending labor complaints.

Step No. 1
Access the Public Authority for Manpower system and choose the establishment clearance section.
Step 2
Uploading payrolls documented by the Kuwaiti wage protection system and financial guarantee.
Step 3
The system automatically verifies that the company does not have any valid labor dispute files.
Step No. 4
Approval of the clearance certificate, paying the fee of 10 Kuwaiti dinars, and downloading it in PDF format.

Small enterprises or entrepreneurs are exempt from some fees according to the government decisions currently in effect.

In the event that the electronic portal malfunctions or there are technical issues, you must book an appointment and visit the Ministry’s branches to complete the procedure manually.
